Uniplug Repairs for Radial & Bias Tyres
- Combination of patch and stem covered with dual cure cushion gum with pilot wire.
- To repair crown, shoulder and sidewall injuries in both Radial & Bias ply passenger, light truck & Truck Tyres.
- Tyre industry recommended puncture repair procedure for tubeless tyre puncture.
- Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tyres and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tyres.
- The angle of injury should be less than 20o perfect compression fit of the stem in the tyre, stem size should be larger than the injury size.

- Use with bestpatch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding.
